ATALAYA HOLTZMAN | THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT EXPERT, NUTRITION COACH, BARRE CERTIFIED, CPR/AED CERTIFIED

Hey there! I'm Atalaya, and I'm so glad you're here. 


A little bit about me...I've been teaching fitness and therapeutic movement for over 11 years with experience as a personal trainer, marathon runner, and barre instructor. I've had the pleasure of serving a wide range of people including athletes, active duty military, senior citizens, folks suffering from chronic pain, and women expecting their first child.


Areas of expertise include wellness workshops, nutrition classes & therapeutic movement. No matter if you're struggling with PTSD, depression or anxiety, or you simply desire more energy, weight loss, or better flexibility - I'm qualified in a wide array of specialties to support whatever you're challenged by.


My goal is to always help you feel comfortable in your own skin and teach you how to connect to your body. Because everyone's needs are unique, our sessions are tailored to your specific needs.


Some fun facts about me...I'm a Marine Veteran, wife, mom of two awesome boys, and a holistic wellness lover. I enjoy beginning my day with intention, stillness, and by reading the Word of God with a warm cup of coffee in hand.


I find that creating time for prayer and journaling before beginning my own personal therapeutic movement practice is essential. This is where my best ideas come from, which allow me to pour into others from a full cup. 


Renewing the mind is key in achieving optimal health and stepping in to your God-given destiny. Of course there are peaks and valleys, however building resiliency and using an holistic approach allows one to become stronger in every area of life.
